Amy Adams Receives BAFTA Nomination

Amy Adams received another nomination for her work in Arrival, this time from The British Academy of Film and Television Arts , which announced its nominees for the 70th BAFTA Awards early Tuesday morning.

Amy is nomination as Leading Actress alongside fellow actresses Emily Blunt (The Girl on the Train), Emma Stone (La La Land), Meryl Streep (Florence Foster Jenkins) and Natalie Portman (Jackie).

Arrival received a total of 9 nominations, including Best Film, Adapted Screenplay, and Director (Denis Villeneuve).

Nocturnal Animals received a total of 8 nominations, including Director (Tom Ford), Best Actor (Jake Gyllenhaal), Best Supporting Actor (Aaron Taylor-Johnson), and Adapted Screenplay.
