The first photos of Amy Adams have begin to surface. She looks gorgeous in a little blue dress!
The award show is currently airing now and unfortunately Doubt did not win for Acting Ensemble, instead the cast of Milk won. Also the writer of Slumdog Millionaire won screenplay, not John Patrick Shanley. Earlier Amy was interviewed on the red carpet and then she presented Best Animated Feature to Wall-E. Amy was spotted several times in the audience. Lastly, Meryl Streep (for Doubt) tied Anne Hathaway (for Rachel Getting Married) as Best Actress. View the list of winners here.
Continue following the event with us on the forum, now! There will be plenty of coverage tomorrow so be sure to come back then as well.

We previously reported Amy would honored with the Spotlight Award for her performance in Doubt at the 20th annual Palm Springs Film Festival and the event was held last night in Palm Springs, Florida.
Amy looked beautiful at her first appearance of 2009. She wore a strapless royal purple dress cut just below the knee, with a black bow and black heels. Amy also wore purple eye shadow and diamond accessories like a really interesting ring on her finger. We’d like to congratulate Amy Adams on the honor!
You can view over 100 images of Amy from the event, including red carpet shots and pictures from her accepting on stage.
