Disney’s Enchanted was the dominant film player Tuesday night at the Academy of Science Fiction, Fantasy & Horror’s 34th annual Saturn Awards, held at the Universal Hilton Hotel in Universal City. The modern-day fairytale took home three awards: best fantasy film, best actress, which went to its star Amy Adams, and best music, which went to composer Alan Menken. Congratulations to Amy and the Enchanted team for the well deserved recognition! Source: The Hollywood Reporter |

Way back in 1999… Almost a decade ago. Before Enchanted… Before Junebug… Before Catch Me If You Can… Amy Adams had filmed her film debut Drop Dead Gorgeous in Minnesota, where she was working on dinner theater. She made the move to Los Angeles to pursue acting on screen and landed the role of the fabulously evil Kathryn Merteuil in the TV series Manchester Prep. Unfortunately the show never fully took off and was later on released on DVD as Cruel Intentions 2. I’ve added some very rare shots of Amy making appearances in the year 1999. On top of this, I’ve uploaded some lesser seen yearbook photos of her. Enjoy these vintage treats – I hope they’re new to you like they’re to me! Happy Midsummer’s Day to everyone who celebrate it! More Amy shoot goodness continues! I have uploaded a portrait session of Miss Adams taken during the Enchanted Press Conference back in 2007 as well as snaps from the actual event. Thanks to Natalie once more. Amy truly looks amazing here, so classic and stunning! You can totally see the classic movie star in her here, I love it!

Amy news have been a little quiet as of recent and Mycah and I have been busy moving and working but today I bring you something super fabulous to make up for the slow updates. I came across several unseen outtakes of Amy’s Saturday Night Live photoshoot. This is, undoubtedly, one of my favorites of her ever. So playful and fun – not to mention stunningly beautiful! Enjoy!
