I was born in Finland but I am currently residing in Scotland, where I study film and art history at university. I am an aspiring film-maker. I love quirky, off-beat, obscure and ground-breaking indie films. I love traveling and visiting new - and 'old' - countries.
I have adored Amy Adams since
Drop Dead Gorgeous, which I saw on VHS (how cute!) back in 2000, and then
Psycho Beach Party, I film that I think is so much fun. I absolutely loved her performance in
Junebug and the final straw for me was, of course,
Enchanted. It really sealed the deal for me and I've been a massive fan ever since.
Amy Adams is such a radiant and charismatic actress. It is impossible to let your eyes off of her whenever she appears on screen. Even with roles like Giselle, a character that could have been unbearable with the hands of another actress, Amy is able to make them feel very real. I love the sincere quality that she brings to any role. I also think Amy seems like such a classy, intelligent, funny and down-to-earth woman and I appreciate her fashion style

I reside in North Carolina where I work from home as a freelance web designer. I'm in between figuring out what I want to do for a career or study someday so my days are pretty chill. I adore cinema in all forms, particularly the horror genre. I am excited my traveling and hope to visit many interesting places on day!
I have known about Amy for many years. While I didn't see
Drop Dead Gorgeous right when it was released I did a few years later. I loved the movie and always found Miss Amy hilarious in it. In 2005 I saw the film
Junebug and it was then I'd really begin to be captivated by Amy, because her performance was so touching and absolutely perfect.
Enchanted put me over the moon in the fan department and since I been trying to see more of her work and I'm learning just how amazingly even more versatile she is.
For such a short amount of time Amy has already played such a wide array of characters in very different genres. I really appreciate her delicateness and charisma for such roles which could ultimately be incredibly annoying such as Ashley's peppyness or Giselle. Somehow Amy manages to make these characters real and loveable. Aside from the talent, Amy seems highly intelligent and not the least bit full of herself, she's incredibly quirky and has a sharp wit humor... And seriously, Amy is just so darn cute, how could you not love her!
