Charlie Wilson’s War & The Slaughter Rule DVD Caps

I have added screencaptures of two Amy performances today. One of her earlier and smaller roles as Doreen in 2002’s The Slaughter Rule and it’s two deleted scenes which featured more of her character. As well as one of the most recently released on DVD; Charlie Wilson’s War, where she plays super cute Bonnie Back, administrative assitant to Tom Hank’s Charlie Wilson.

Amy Joins Greenburg

I have amazing news to bring. Amy Adams is attached to star the next film of the very promising director Noah Baumbach, called Greenburg, alongside Mark Ruffalo. Although the plot details are kept under wraps, this will undoubtedly be an intriguing role for our Amy. Here’s a reportage from The Hollywood Reporter:

Mark Ruffalo and Amy Adams are attached to star in writer-director Noah Baumbach’s next feature, Greenburg, for producer Scott Rudin.

Plot details are under wraps for the film, which is said to be a relationship comedy-drama. UTA is shopping the project in Cannes and financing is currently being assembled. While no timetable is set for principal photography, Rudin is aiming to shoot later this year.

Rudin produced Margot at the Wedding, Baumbach’s 2007 follow-up to his breakthrough drama The Squid and the Whale.

Adams is now shooting another Rudin project, Columbia’s Julie and Julia, and is set to wrap Night at the Museum 2: Escape from the Smithsonian by this fall. Ruffalo is filming Martin Scorsese’s Shutter Island for Paramount.

Night at the Museum 2 Setting Up Today

First of all, thanks so much for all the sweet comments, everyone! We really appreciated it! Also, we are aware that the navigation does not work in IE but rest assured, we are trying to fix this error within this weekend. It works perfectly in FireFox, though. Thanks for your patience and sorry for any inconvenience. Edit: Should be all fixed!

Here’s a little Night at the Museum 2 related tidbit from The Washington Post:

It’s official: The Smithsonian has signed off on a deal to let Twentieth Century Fox to film the Night at the Museum sequel at the National Air and Space Museum — and to use its name in the movie title (Escape From the Smithsonian), a first in the institution’s history. Crews will begin setting up today; interior shoots will take place early next week. Stars include Ben Stiller, Amy Adams, Hank Azaria, Dick Van Dyke and Owen Wilson.
